Every job starts with a safety plan and ends with a signed handover.
HSE policy
Health, safety and the environment come before schedule and cost on every Axis Nova site. Every job has a safety plan, a trained supervisor and the right PPE before work starts. Incidents and near misses are reported the same day and reviewed by management.
Quality approach
- Method statements and inspection and test plans are agreed before mobilisation.
- Daily site reports, photos and checklists are sent from the Field Team App and reach head office the same day.
- Certified operators, calibrated test equipment (OTDR, PAT) and traceable materials.
- Non-conformances are logged, closed and reviewed.
- As-built records and test results are delivered with every handover.
Our HSE commitments
- Every worker receives a site induction before the first shift. The company supplies the PPE.
- A toolbox talk opens every working day on every site.
- Excavation, hot work, lifting and work at height run under a permit to work.
- Equipment is inspected before mobilisation and every month after that. Only certified operators drive it.
- Incidents and near misses are reported the same day, investigated and closed with an action.
- Waste is segregated and removed from site. Spills are contained and reported.
