Privacy Policy

Axis Nova Company ("Axis Nova", "we") respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

What we collect. When you use a form on this website we collect only what you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, city, the service you are asking about, your message and, for job applications, your CV and the details you provide about your experience. Our servers also receive technical data needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Why we use it. To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange manpower or equipment, or consider your application; to keep the site secure (bot protection and rate limiting); and to meet legal obligations. Applications are processed on the basis of your consent, which you give when you tick the consent box; you may withdraw it at any time.

Who sees it. Our sales and HR staff, and the service providers that run this site for us (hosting on Vercel, the database and file storage on Supabase, bot protection by Cloudflare Turnstile, and email delivery). They process data on our instructions only. Some providers store data outside Saudi Arabia under contractual safeguards.

How long. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than three years. CVs are kept for one year after the application unless you are hired or ask us to delete them earlier.

Cookies. This site uses only the cookies needed to remember your language and to protect the forms. No advertising cookies are set.

Your rights. You may ask what data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@axisnova.com.sa or calling +966 55 999 7328. We answer within 30 days.

Changes. We will post any change to this policy on this page with its date.
